Are there any benefits for your first-time customers?

Customer Service is very friendly and will help guid you through your inqurey for service.  Customer Service will send out notification for service and notification will also be sent once service is complete.  Inclement weather notifications will be sent for rescheduling if the field techs are not able to complete service on your scheduled date.

How long will it take for my service estimate to arrive?

Once our Winn Pro field tech has completed your lawn assessment it will take the office up to 72 business hours complete your estimate.  Once completed your estimate will be sent via email notification.

What will happen if the customer have items or loose objects on the lawn on your scheduled service date?

Our field techs are not responsible for moving any objects that the customer have on the lawn that will be in the field tech way of providing service on your scheduled service date due to time and liability.  If the field tech walk your lawn and find objects that will be in the way of providing service a call will be made to the office and the field techs will not be able to provide service on your scheduled service date, your service will be rescheduled for a later date and time and will be charged a mis service fee $10 added to your current bill.

What happens when it rain?

Customer Service will notify the customer if inclement weather occur on the scheduled service day.  Our company do not allow our field technicians to provide service if the grounds are wet and slippery due to safety liability and damage that will occur to the customer property.  If inclement weather occurs customer service will reschedule your service for the next business day if the ground has dried out and weather permits.

How do I go about paying for my service once I receive an invoice?

Winn Pro Turf Management is a prepaid service company. Once you receive a service invoice you must make your payment through the invoice link that is provided.  Once your payment is complete the office will receive notification of your completed payment and a notification of payment received will be sent to you.  Your information will be submitted to our scheduling department.  When scheduling has booked your service you will be sent notification of the date your service will be completed.  We do not accept checks and payment cannot be given to any field tech.  If you submit your payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday our scheduling department will not receive payment notification until Monday.

Due you provide estimates over the phone.

Our customer service reps do not provide estimates or quotes over the phone.  The scheduling department will have to schedule a filed tech to visit your property for an assessment to be complete. There is a $29.95 assessment fee.  All commercial assessments are fee of charge.

What if pet feces if found on the lawn on my scheduled service date?

When the field tech arrive to your location and walk your lawn and find your Pets are Left out and feces found a call will be made to the office an your service will be rescheduled for a later date and time. A $10 mis service fee will be added.  All feces must be removed from the property before service can be completed.  It is against our policy and a liability to service any location with feces on the lawn.  We do not want feces on the equipment, on our employees or transferred to another property.

What time do the business line open?

Our phone lines are open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm eastern time.

What if the Lawn is wet or morning dew has not dried out.

WINN Pro company policy is that no one shall operate equipment on any turf with Zero Turn , Lawn Mowers, Weed Eaters due to liability until grounds are dry. "Safety First"

What if mulch / rock beds are not properly secured with boarder?

Our field technicians will not edge or service the area due to liability.  Rock and or mulch will be thrown by equipment causing damaged to customers property (windows, doors, etc.).  Customer will be liable for servicing those areas.
